Arden Street

Arden Street

Arden Street

Arden Street is another of the original Earlsdon Streets laid out in the middle of the nineteenth century. The view is taken looking north towards present day Hartington Crescent. One of the first terraces of workmen’s cottages built in Earlsdon can be seen to the immediate right. These were a row of 13 houses that occupied the space where the car park is today, just before Warwick Street. Most of the other housing dates from the Edwardian period.

The same view below taken slightly later.
